Delivering a Meaningful Employee Voice Programme for Glanua

The final reporting pack — including an executive summary, detailed data breakdown by site, function, and demographics, and a leadership presentation — was delivered in early November, just four weeks after kickoff.

The Result

The programme gave Glanua’s leaders a detailed, honest picture of employee experience — including clear strengths in teamwork, pride, and commitment to sustainability, alongside practical recommendations around communication and professional development. Perhaps most importantly, employees felt confident their feedback was heard and handled with care.

Following the success of the programme, Glanua plans to run the engagement survey annually, building a sustainable culture of listening and improvement.
